Wellbeing Champions are colleagues throughout the hospital who have had additional training in health and wellbeing. They are great listeners and have a variety of experience and knowledge to share, as well as being able to signpost to a wide range of resources and support. Jacqueline Bickerdike –
I will listen and support with complete confidentiality, take the time to hear your concerns, worries or issues and signpost you to the help you need.
Andrew Garner –
I am always here for staff to listen, talk and signpost to local and national support. I have undertaken various training sessions to help, such as, mental health first aid.
Erika Garratt –
I am very passionate about the wellbeing of staff especially mental health. I am interested in finding ways to incorporate mindfulness into the clinical environment.
Clare Green –
It is important that we help support our own physical and mental wellbeing, so that we can then provide the best service to all colleagues at UHP.
Molly Pedler –
I am a very approachable person and I’m passionate about my colleagues physical and mental wellbeing.
Isabella Severgnini –
I am predominately based at the Central Records Library and have particular interest in providing wellbeing support to staff that don’t work within the Derriford site.
Aurora Buia –
I am passionate about mental health and wellbeing and tools to improve work life balance and I can help you to take ownership over self-care and recharge your battery with vitality.
Donna Rutherford –
I have an enthusiasm and interest in promoting wellbeing initiatives and providing resources to help staff.
